35m to 50m/min high speed C/Z/U profiles purline rolling forming machine is designed with the flying tracking cutting saw. This Purlin Roll Forming Machine is used to produce various C/Z/U profiles, the main machine is driven by gearbox and the universal cutter adopts fly cut. Its speed is designed with automatic stacker. All motors, PLC, control panel of this line adopts Siemens brand.

1. For the decoiler, we recommend 5 ton hydraulic decoiler.
2. As the to the punching part, we can design like before punching and after punching according to the punching hole position and the speed customer finally require. After punching, the size will be more accurate but it requires hole at bottom. Before punching is good to punch all hole at once time so the speed will be faster.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.For the frame of the machine we use the molding frame the thickness is around 45 mm thickness, quite strong even if when high speed working the machine can make stable.
