The Snap Lock Standing Seam Metal Sheet Roll Forming Machine converts metal coils into interlocking standing-seam roof tiles through a continuous cold-forming process. The metal coil is first fed into the machine by an uncoiler, flattened by a leveler, and then passed through a series of forming stations. In these stations, the metal sheet is gradually cold-formed into the desired tile shape. Finally, a seam welder folds and presses the seams together, creating a secure standing seam. The entire process is precisely controlled by a PLC control system, enabling automated production.
