1.High precision punching and forming
The equipment integrates servo feeding and hydraulic punching systems to ensure consistent hole spacing and meet the precise hanging requirements of shelf crossbeams. Some high-end models adopt 18 sets of roller forming technology to ensure stable column cross-sectional dimensions and enhance overall structural safety.
2.Widely applicable materials
Cold rolled steel plates or C-shaped steel with a thickness between 0.6mm and 3.0mm can be processed to meet the production needs of light, medium, and heavy-duty shelves.

- Supermarket shelves:
The columns are mostly made of C-shaped steel double-sided punched structures with a hole spacing of 50mm, making it easy to adjust the shelves. - Cantilever shelving:
The columns are often made of H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel, and prefabricated holes are used to connect the cantilever beams, suitable for storing materials of equal length such as pipes and plates. - Heavy duty storage shelves:
The columns are bent from hot-rolled plates, equipped with adjustable hole spacing, and can be freely adjusted in height with crossbeams. A single set of columns can bear several tons of weight.
