Trapezoidal Sheet R Panel Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine is an automated forming device specifically designed for producing trapezoidal-section roof tiles. It primarily uses metal sheets such as color-coated steel plates, galvanized plates, and aluminum alloy plates as raw materials. Through a continuous roll-forming process, flat metal sheets are transformed into roof tiles with a trapezoidal corrugated structure. The trapezoidal roof tiles produced by this machine are widely used in roof decoration projects for industrial plants, residential buildings, large venues, and logistics warehouses due to their stable structure, strong wind and pressure resistance, and excellent waterproof performance.

Working Principle:
- Raw material unwinding:
The coiled metal sheet is smoothly unwinding through a hydraulic unwinding machine, equipped with a tension adjustment device to avoid sheet deviation or wrinkling; - Plate leveling:
Multiple sets of leveling rollers are used to correct the rolled plate, eliminating bending deformation caused by storage and ensuring subsequent forming accuracy; - Roll forming:
The core process consists of multiple sets of forming rollers designed according to the trapezoidal tile shape, which correspond to the top and bottom. Through step-by-step rolling, the flat sheet is gradually pressed into a trapezoidal cross-section tile shape. During the forming process, a temperature control module (for color coated sheets) is equipped to prevent coating damage; - Fixed length cutting:
According to the user’s set length of roof tiles, precise cutting is achieved through a servo motor-driven flying saw or hydraulic cutting device during the continuous movement of the formed tile material, with a cutting error controlled within ± 1mm; - Finished product transportation and stacking:
The cut trapezoidal roof tiles are transported to the finished product area through a conveyor belt. Some high-end models are equipped with automatic stacking mechanisms, which stack them neatly according to the set quantity for easy packaging and transportation in the future.
